Our continuing education/certification program(s) we participate in (both In-House and through Third Party organizations, such as NCI and NATE) encourages individuals to master their chosen profession, and become one of the most skilled individuals in the trade, ensuring that pay and benefits rise in accordance with the skill sets and increased value to the company. This is not an option with Horizon, it is expected that individuals attain mastery in their trade, ensuring that Horizon continues to be the most competent and capable company our clients and potential clients could choose to perform the services we provide.
